As a certified organization, you are permitted to use the ISO certification logo in accordance with strict guidelines. Approved ISO Certification Logos
Your certification body has issued an official ISO certification logo. This mark represents that your organization has implemented and maintains a management system that meets ISO standards. Only use the logo version provided to you — do not create or modify your own.
Where You May Use the ISO Certification Logo
To protect the credibility of ISO certification, logos may only be used in approved contexts:

Post-Certification Terms & Conditions
Certificates remain the property of UCS and must be returned upon withdrawal or suspension.
The right to use logos is granted under specific conditions. They must not be used:
  • During periods of suspension or withdrawal
  • In a way that suggests product or service certification
Clients may request temporary suspension if they cannot maintain compliance. Certificates will be withdrawn if issues are not resolved within 6 months.
UCS may reduce, extend, suspend, or withdraw the scope of certification based on:
  • Audit findings
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Failure to comply with terms
Clients must inform UCS of:
  • Changes to management systems
  • Organizational structure
  • Scope of activities or site locations
Certification is based on sampling audits. Clients are responsible for ongoing compliance.
Complaints & Appeals
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing.
  • Appeals are investigated independently.
  • Clients must respond to third-party complaints forwarded by UCS.
Fundamental Requirements
  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and UCS requirements.
  • Surveillance audits may be witnessed by accreditation body representatives.
  • Clients must maintain accuracy in all information provided.
  • Significant changes must be communicated to UCS.
  • UCS may disclose only limited public information; all else is confidential unless required by law.
Instructions for Logo Use
Do Not Use Certification Marks On:

Acceptable Use Locations:
